We are here to help our customers make informed decisions. When our customers complete our client questionnaire form to set a date on our service calendar, that begins our consultation process on your way to fulfilling your vision. The consultation fee can be discounted from the balloon decor or event rental balance and/or service.
Balloons are not designed to last forever, however the memories our balloon design make will last. Non-helium filled balloons may maintain their shape for weeks if environmental conditions are favorable. We cannot guarantee longevity against the natural elements.
